Purpose

Gas panel HPD4 Series is designed for delivery of non-corrosive non-toxic 
gases and gas mixtures of purity class up to 6.0 (99,9999%) in gas distribution 
systems with two gas cylinders,where constant pressure is required.
 

General Information

Gas panel HPD4 Series contains a two-stage diaphragm pressure 
regulators and five diaphragm isolation valves mounted on a stainless steel
base and connected by threaded 1/4” fittings*.
